✦ My Rights

1. In the case of a custom design, if you don't like it, I'll create another one, but I reserve the right to sell the "original" concept if it's significantly different.
2. I have the right to use any design I create as an example on any website.
3. I can blacklist anyone without providing an explanation.
4. I can update these terms at any time.

✦ Usage Policy &
Character Permission

1. If you commission me for a custom design or purchase a premade design, only you can use/post it.
2. You may edit the design, but you may not alter the original image received from me, including captions or watermarks. Significant changes that alter the essence of the design are not allowed.
3. You can change gender/name/hairstyle, etc.
4. You can repost the design to any website if you properly credit me as the original creator.
5. You can't use this design commercially without permission.
6. Co-owning is acceptable, but I won't mediate disputes between owners.
7. You can't resell the design for more than you paid unless you've added additional art.
8. You are permitted to commission artwork featuring this character.
9. You may modify the character's species or attributes while keeping the core concept intact.
10. You are free to use the character for personal and non-commercial purposes without restrictions. For commercial or non-standard purposes, please request permission.

✦ Payment

1. If you have an e-check, let me know first!
2. I accept USD at the current exchange rate.
3. All payments are processed via PayPal using the invoice service. (in rare cases, Amazon Gift Card payment options may be used)
4. You must have the necessary funds when commissioning me or buying a design.
5. Payment must be completed within 48 hours, or your slot will be given to someone else, though I am open to holds for returning customers.
6. Be prepared to fulfill your bid if the person who interrupted your bid cannot cover it.

✦ Payment Plans

1. Payment plans are only available for purchases over $150.
2. The amount for the item paid through a payment plan must be paid within a month, and no more than two payments.
3. The minimum initial payment to activate a payment plan is $50.
4. I accept only two payments for items that cost up to $300. If the item's cost exceeds $300, the payment can be divided into three or more installments (to be discussed).
5. When activating a payment plan, please contact me to discuss the dates and duration of the payments.
6. Preferably, recommend consolidating your payments into larger amounts, as opposed to frequent smaller payments, when opting for payment plans. This approach is favored.
7. I do not offer refunds or cancellations for payment plans. Please ensure you are committed to making payments within the agreed-upon schedule.
8. Failure to make two payments or late payments may result in temporary restrictions on the ability to use payment plans.

✦ Refunds

1. Refunds are typically not applicable and are non-refundable once payment is made.
2. Please refrain from initiating a refund through the payment system, as it may result in blacklisting.
3. A refund may only be considered under specific circumstances, such as my inability to proceed with the project or failure to meet the agreed-upon terms.

✦ Privacy Policy

1. Confidentiality of Information: All data and materials provided by you are treated as confidential.
2. Use of Information: Your information will solely be used for order fulfillment and communication with you. No information will be shared with third parties without your consent.
3. Examples and Publication: I may showcase completed work in portfolios and advertisements while preserving your anonymity.
4. Agreement to the Policy: Your consent to this policy is confirmed upon placing an order.

✦ Blacklisting

1. Note that my blacklist is public and accessible to everyone.
2. Adherence to the terms of service is mandatory; failure to comply may result in blacklisting.
3. Removing or altering my watermark on works is strictly prohibited.
4. Bidding on an auction constitutes an agreement to purchase; canceling due to a change of heart is not permitted.
5. Buyers have 48 hours to respond regarding adopt/custom inquiries. Ignoring messages without a valid reason will result in a warning.
